This photo was taken by me with an old lens, which gave the image a softness and sophistication. The dawn on the ocean filled everything around with magic – the light mist and diffused light created a sense of fairy-tale silence. I felt in harmony with nature, its power and beauty, and sought to convey this through the shot.
This work for me is a way to show the beauty, strength and freedom of a woman’s body. The woman in the photo represents naturalness and inner energy. Her relaxed expression, closed eyes and easy movement reflect a moment of absolute harmony with the world around her.
